A group of teenagers from a Canadian social justice club reached out last year prior to going back to school in 2021 and asked for a coping strategies workshop. This group circled back around a year later, partnered with another group at school, and requested that we do another workshop.

They told me that the workshop we did was the most popular of the year and requested a follow-up. So I suggested an anxiety workshop and the picture above is from the planning for the event.
